Return policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@meistreliokampas.lt with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the address provided (customer covers return shipping, unless the item is faulty).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions:

• If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
