Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without providing a reason.

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (including any manuals, parts, or accessories).

Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at info@meistreliokampas.lt within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, stating your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:

If the item is returned for reasons other than being faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange free return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
