Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and that payment has been successfully authorized.

At meistreliokampas.lt, we ship orders from Lithuania to European Union countries and other international destinations.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Lithuania

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations worldwide

If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment is completed.
The final shipping price depends on:

  • Destination country

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

We use Unisend to calculate shipping rates based on Lietuvos Paštas and LP EXPRESS tariffs.
There are no hidden shipping fees after checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed after payment is completed.

Handling time depends on product availability:

  • Products in stock
    Dispatched within 2 business days

  • Products not in stock (ordered from supplier after purchase)
    Delivered to our warehouse within 1–4 weeks, then dispatched to the customer

Product availability status is clearly displayed on:

  • Collection pages

  • Individual product pages

Delivery Time

Delivery time starts after the order has been dispatched.

  • Lithuania
    Delivery time: 1–3 business days (LP EXPRESS)

  • European Union & International destinations
    Delivery time: 1–4 weeks, depending on destination and local postal services (Lietuvos Paštas)

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or local postal delays.

  • Lithuania: LP EXPRESS couriers

  • International shipments: Lietuvos Paštas

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you have not received tracking information within 8 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@meistreliokampas.lt.

Order Acceptance & Verification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment verification fails

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors occur

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

Additional verification (such as address or phone number confirmation) may be requested before shipping.
